To think there are people hundreds, even thousands of miles away who enjoy the beer produced on our humble little farm set up is insane and it feels like only yesterday, but similarly an eternity ago that we were shakily led through our first export to what is now one of our biggest export markets, France.

Wanting to repay the faith and support that our French pals have paid us over the years, we welcomed four incredible bars from across the country, hosted by our distributor into the country to brew an IPA to their exact specification – from grain bill, to whirlpool hops, and from dry hop charges to artwork, this is our celebration of embracing old and new friends simultaneously.

A hot side Columbus addition brings a robust and prominent bitterness, whilst a trio of the most powerfully intense aroma hops we use here at Polly’s in Citra, Mosaic and Strata create a burst of fruit forward flavour whilst maintaining maximum drinkability.
