Our second collaboration release with Kelly Ryan and Boneface is brewing this year. A pilsner malt with wheat and spelt, Nelson Sauvin hops and a subtle blend of spices. Fermented with our unique mixed culture strain in oak barrels for six months then blended and dry hopped with more Nelson Sauvin. The result is a complex beer with smooth acidity and grape like aromas
