Peppermint Imperial Stout

We teamed up with our friends at Love Lane Brewing to brew up a luscious, strong, ice cream inspired winter warmer.

Sgt. Peppermint is a 12% imperial stout, with lashings of chocolate, a heap of peppermint, and a rich, sweet and full flavour from an addition of lactose. It’s like melted mint choc chip ice cream. Perfect as a dessert after a rich meal, or fireside drinking when the weather is cold.

Malts: Clear Choice Extra Pale / Oats / Wheat / Cara Gold / Chocolate / Crystal / Roasted Barley

Adjuncts: Lactose / Chocolate / Peppermint

Hops: Bramling Cross

This beer is unfiltered, unfined and unbelievably good.
