DIPA w/Simcoe & Mosaic
The bedrock of this beer consists of layers of extra pale malt, malted and rolled oats as well as malted wheat. Smooth, bready sweetness underlines the aromas of candied orange peel and tinned peach slices. The flavours are lead by a smooth, pithy orange skin oiliness which counterbalances the tropical fruit salad of the Simcoe and Mosaic dry-hop. The sweet malt notes emphasize the ripe, chewy notes and meld together with a pleasing warmth which leads into a lingering, captivating finish of brioche and apricot jam.
