Blackberry Saison aged in Burgundy barrel
Two years ago we brewed a Saison (Faithless 114), a portion of which we put into six Burgundy wine barrels along with a generous amount of blackberry puree. Three of these barrels have now been selected for their unique flavours and blended to create this rather special Barrel Aged Blackberry Saison. Expect delicate fruit and gentle tannins.
