Rose & Hibiscus Berliner Weisse

We were delighted to take part in this year's International Women's Collaboration Brew Day here at Polly's; with Amber Dernulc of Queer Brewing coming down to the brewery to help with the recipe design, name, and actual brewing of the beer itself. In Totu - a play on in toto, literally "togetherness" or "as one", is our beer brewed to this year's theme of compassion. A bold, vibrant, and awesome looking bright pink take on the Berliner Weisse style; we loaded this with locally sourced rose water and hibiscus to create a tart, but equally sweet beer that reminds us just why we love collaborating and sharing ideas with other people here at the brewery.
