Mountain IPA w/Citra, Sabro, Vic Secret

The humble IPA - the style without which we wouldn't be here today. We are famous for our passion for paying homage to all things old school here at Polly's - tipping a glass to the OG craft beer heroes. With Shine Mode, we wanted to smash together the classic old school aggressive bite of a west coast IPA with the soft, pillowy juice of a NEIPA for a hybridised IPA that carries the qualities of both. A heavy lead hop charge of Citra and Vic Secret before progressively smaller additions of Columbus, Sabro and Mosaic create an IPA that has equal parts soft and pillowy notes, with aggressive bitterness to boot, all the while with maximum drinkability in mind.
