Beer's favourite oxymoron next to White Stout, we've gone for as modern a twist on our first attempt at this style; utilizing a Sabro-heavy dry-hop bill, we feel the coconut, tropical notes this varietal brings to the party play off the roasted chocolate notes from the malt bill. Backed up with smaller additions of Talus and Citra for some extra levels of complexity, the result is your usual Polly's full-on tropical explosion of flavour haze-bomb, presented in a dark beer.
