Pale Ale w/Amarillo, Citra & Mosaic

We'll admit it, we've been hitting it pretty hard with the ABVs lately. Now that the weather is perking up just a little bit, we find there's nothing better (at least until the pubs open in Wales anyway) than spending an afternoon in the park with some - socially distanced of course - mates, and a cooler full of tinnies for good times and laughs. Lost Again is a beer specifically designed just for this sole purpose - hazy but not opaque, juicy but not overwhelming, full of mouthfeel but not soupy. Featuring a reeled back, chilled out, Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hop bill, this beer ticks all the typical Polly's boxes; with tropical notes a-plenty, but with a pleasant spiky bitterness to keep everything in check. A sign that summer is just around the corner, and normality with it.
