Hop Burst, originally a special brewed in 2019 Hop Burst was an experimental blend of hops that we'd not attempted to mix together previously, and it was roaring success! We've now decided that Hop Burst will be used to form an occasional series of modern pale ales which showcase some of our favourite hops, hops that are new to us, new experimental hop varieties, or hop blends we've not seen used anywhere else. Expect plenty of citrussy & fruity flavours in a light sessionable pale.
