"We took our Imperial stout 'Impish or Admirable?' and split it into four parts, keeping one as it was and the other three lucky beggars were chosen to be barrel aged. This particular batch was aged in a Bourbon barrel which has imbued sweet notes of vanilla and an almost coconut like flavour on the stout."
