With a hand from our cheesy friends at the Crafty Cheese Man we’ve brewed what we believe to be the best cheese pairing beer around! We took a decadent imperial stout made with Demerara sugar to give a thick, rich body & colour and popped it into Rioja barrels for 6 months to give deep flavours of cherry, plums & leather resulting in the perfect
accompaniment to a lump of cheese Gromit.
Pairs well with a creamy yet punchy blue.
