Session NEIPA

Crush is Drop Project's take on the famed New England session style - big flavour dialled down to a sinkable 4.6%. Brewed with a choice combination of barley, wheat and three types of oats, it pours a hazy pale straw colour. The mouthfeel is oily and silky, the body sweet and prominent all rounded out with the lightest of crisp bitter finishes to get you wanting more. This all combined with Drop Project's own house New England yeast tees up the perfect platform to showcase the hops - Simcoe, Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Azacca all come out to play to deliver an explosion of orange peel, mango, melon and pine - enough oil to grease your teeth!
