Known as the Mexican eagle, the Crested Caracara is often associated as the national bird of Mexico alongside the Golden Eagle. Additionally, the Northern Caracara was possibly the sacred eagle depicted in multiple Aztec codices.
Inspired by this majestic creature, our session IPA is packed full of Mexican Talus hops as well as Columbus and Nelson Sauvin. This combination of hops brings strong fruity flavours of citrus, white grape, gooseberry, and grapefruit, with a well-rounded mouthfeel and classic bitter finish.
